1. General - Scope The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions, contracts and offers, as well as the services and sales of products that come about or are concluded between the nail salon and the customer. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded is decisive.

1.1 Place of performance The place of performance for the services is the specified company headquarters.

The customer is obliged to inform the service provider about contagious diseases or infections (such as HIV, hepatitis or similar) as well as allergies and any problems with previous nail treatments and to answer truthfully when asked. At the same time, the service provider assures that it will not disclose any known illnesses or infections. The service provider also reserves the right to refuse treatment if the service provider or other persons can expect a danger (infection or similar) from the execution of a treatment or if medical or hygienic reasons speak against it.

2. Conclusion of contract 2.1 All offers are subject to change.

2.2 By arranging an appointment for one of my services, the customer agrees to accept my contract offer.

Dates are bindingly agreed with the studio. If a cancellation or postponement of an agreed appointment is necessary, the customer must notify this in good time, but at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the customer cannot or does not want to keep the agreed date, the following applies, unless otherwise agreed:

a) of course, if the cancellation is made in time, this has no consequences

b) in the event of late or no cancellation, the customer bears the amount of treatment costs of € 35.

If the customer is late, the missed time will only be made up if this does not affect the further organizational process. If this is possible, 3 a) applies.

4. Prices / remuneration

  • The prices for treatments and products are published in the studio. Tax free according to the small business regulation
  • Promotional and special prices are only valid for the specified period and are valid while stocks last.
  • The prices for treatments or products are to be paid immediately after the treatment or when buying the product.
  • 4.1 Vouchers / recommendation cards Vouchers are not valid for a specific period of time, unless stated otherwise. A cash payment is not possible. This also applies to the bonus / voucher on recommendation cards.

    5. Personal data and privacy The customer assures to pass on all personal data and information as well as changes that are relevant for the professional treatment of the requested service to the service provider. The service provider undertakes to use this data only for the purpose of the service to be provided, taking into account the data protection clauses, and not to pass the data on to third parties or outsiders without the customer's written consent.

    6. Guarantee The customer receives a 7-day guarantee on the treatments provided by the service provider, which relates to the material or durability. This guarantee expires if:

  • the customer treat the modeling from another nail salon or nail designer or can be filled
  • the customer processes the modelage himself or removes it improperly
  • if the modelage shows willful damage / external violence
  • the customer uses products other than those recommended by the service provider for the maintenance of the modeling
  • the customer comes into contact with chemicals or works with them without using gloves
  • the customer does not use the purchased products in compliance with the instructions for use
  • 7. Complaints and complaints If the customer has a complaint or complaint about the service or a purchased product, this must be communicated to the service provider as soon as possible, but no later than 1 week after becoming aware of a reason for complaint. The knowledge is the same if the customer had to have knowledge. The service provider must offer rework within the next 2 working weeks in order to clear up the complaint. If a complaint is justified, the service provider must do the claimed work again without additional payment.

    8. Liability The liability of the service provider is limited to intent and gross negligence. The customer bears the burden of proof.

    9. Nail Art The nail art examples published by the service provider in the studio as well as color charts serve as examples and for illustration. When used, the colors and patterns can therefore vary slightly. The copyright for the designs remains with the service provider. If the customer has photographs of the created design that should be used for commercial purposes, this requires the written consent of the service provider. Failure to do so may result in reasonable claims from the studio.
